Wedding Week!

10.31.13 Wedding Week

The Thursday before our Wedding was a super busy day for me. I started off with a hair appointment at New You with my hair stylist Mandy. She gave me an Owl pitcher and a recipe book as a wedding gift. I got my hair highlighted and then I was on my way. Next, I went to a nail appt and got a gel manicure. Then I went to Ethestique where I was having eyelash extensions and a spray tan. Momma met me there and got eyelash extensions too. We were just too perrty. Chris’ sister, her husband, our niece were staying with Chris tonight too. And since it happened to be Halloween Jacki was going trick or treating in our neighborhood and Gypsy would act as Toto. They were too cute. We had Huey’s for dinner and I had to call it a night and head back to Mom’s. There we had the pleasure of ironing table cloths. No fun, but had to be done.

11.01.13 Bridal Luncheon and Rehearsal Dinner

Mom and I woke up and got dressed for the Bridal Luncheon we were throwing my bridal party. We had the luncheon at Blue Daze Bistro @ 11. In attendance was Kerri, Mandy, Cassie, Erica, Ginger, Elizabeth, Holly, Kay (it was her bday and we had a surprise cake for her), Ida Beth, Grandmother, and of course Mom and I. It was the perfect lunch. I was able to honor them with gifts. I gave my bridal party a monogrammed robe and makeup bag, earrings to wear for the ceremony, and a rose gold knot bracelet. We laughed our butts off.

Up next the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner!Chris picked me up for the rehearsal at my Mom’s house. I felt like he was running late but we made it in plenty of time. I tried to be proactive and have the Rehearsal planned out so it would run quickly and smoothly. I believe that it did just that. My programs even helped the Wedding Coordinator know exactly where everyone should be standing.

We gave Jacki a stuffed animal dog that looked similar to Gypsy. She was happy to have her very Gypsy dog. After the rehearsal everyone headed to Mesquite Chop House in Southaven for the Rehearsal Dinner.Chris' parents put together the most lovely dinner. It really was the perfect night. In attendance were:
Mom                               Grandmother
Dad and Emily Ida Beth and JD
Kerri and Ryan Mandy and Hal
Cassie and Charlie            Erica
Ginger, Mikey and Jacki   Elizabeth and Matt
Aaron and Alli                Jeremy
Caleb and Derandre         Holly and Robert
Kay and Gary                 Josh and Natalie
Adam and Brittany         Noah and Chesley
Aunt Tamam

We each gave our Moms a monogrammed handkerchief. See Mom's below.

Once everyone arrived and was seated JD gave a speech in honor of Chris and I. He referred to the LSU/Ole Miss game in his speech. It was really sweet. Caleb spoke next and talked about being Chris’ best friend. Erica gave a speech and made me cry! She mentioned I could be a Momma Bear. Kerri gave a speech that really made me cry. She said I was her best friend and there for her in good times and bad. Mandy gave a speech and said I was the best person in the world (ha). Adam gave one on behalf of the Lynch’s. It was all very lovely and sweet. After the dinner I rode home with Mom and Grandmother. I went over to Josh’s house for a bit. Kerri, Ryan, Adam and Brit were there. Mom, Gary, and Kay came for a little bit too. It was nice to relax. I went home about one and hit the sack.
